Nakobe Dean's Season in Peril Following Serious Knee Injury

Nakobe Dean, 24, sustained a torn patellar tendon in his left knee during the second quarter of the game. The injury occurred as Dean tackled Packers tight end Tucker Kraft, resulting in a 3-yard loss on a screen play. After being assisted off the field and attended to in the medical tent, Dean was later carted to the locker room, his knee in a bulky brace. Dean, a standout from Georgia and a third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, had been having a breakout season.
